GCSD staff, students and parents, you are invited to the King County Health Fair on Monday, October 28th. It will be held in the Little Gym from 10am – 2pm. Flu vaccines will be provided during this time.
Items needed to receive a flu vaccine:
FLU SHOTS ARE $25 IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE AND IS DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE.
If you are unable to attend the Health Fair but would like to receive the flu vaccine please contact:

- School Staff and Parents need to bring a copy of their Health Insurance.
- Students will need to bring the attached permission slip as well as a copy of their Health Insurance.
