Clean Eating Ice Cream
2 to 3 Frozen Ripe Bananas (completely frozen)
1 to 2 cups of Favorite Frozen Fruit
Heavy Cream or Milk (use as much as you like to your consistency)
Stevia (to taste)
You can use a food processor or blender. Put bananas in processor and chop to a pulp then add your fruit and blend until smooth. If your mixture becomes too thick to blend add some cream or milk to get the mixture flowing again. Add your desired amount of Stevia.
SIDE NOTES:
Remember you can always add more milk so start with a small amount unless you want a smoothie.
If your bananas were good and ripe you should not have to add stevia.
If you use Stevia, remember you can add more as you go. Trust me, start out with a small amount.
