2nd Six Weeks High School Student Spotlight: Jose Sandoval

Jose Sandoval was selected as the high school student of the 2nd six weeks. He is the son of Isbael and Juana Sandoval and is the younger brother of Omar Sandoval, Nancy Sandoval, and Abi Sandoval. Jose participates in Cross Country, Basketball, Track, and FFA. His favorite subject is Physics. He doesn’t have a favorite teacher because all of the teachers are equal in helping him learn what he needs to know. Jose doesn’t have any specific goals just to finish high school and get good grades. Jose is an NHS member. After high school he plans to attend college. One memory that he will always cherish is making it to the regional cross country meet his freshman year. His advice to younger students is “Don’t procrastinate if you take dual credit classes.” The thing that Jose likes about Guthrie is that everybody knows one another and they treat each other like family. Lastly the Guthrie Graduate Profile to Jose means to learn or improve certain characteristics in order to make you and your loved ones lives better. Everyone is proud of Jose and his accomplishments.
