​Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 pound hot Italian sausage ( I use breakfast sausage)
½ c parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 t salt
½ t garlic
1 t pepper
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup milk

1 package of mozzarella cheese balls
2 jars of spaghetti sauce
spaghetti
 
Instructions:

1. Mix together first 10 ingredients. Form balls (approx 15)
2. Stuff with cheese balls
3. Pour some sauce in bottom of crock pot
4. Add layer of meatballs, more sauce, continue until all is layered
5. Cook 2 to 2 1/2 hours on high in Crockpot
6. Cook spaghetti when meatballs are almost done
