 Brandon has been nominated for the state track/cross country athlete of the week for his performance in a track meet over the weekend. Last year he won the state meet in the 3200 with a 9:16. This weekend he ran a 9:10! Go to the link below to vote.
 The Lady Jags play for the Area Championship against Whiteface tonight (February 18th) at 6 pm at Lubbock Roosevelt. The Jags play for the Bi-District Championship against O'Donnell on Tuesday (February 22nd) at 6 pm at Lubbock Roosevelt. Guthrie is the home team at both games.
 To avoid a conflict with the Jags' last district game and the Lady Jags' playoff game, the following schedule changes have been made:

 The varsity basketball games scheduled to be played at Paducah this evening have been moved to Saturday, February 5th. The girls' game will start at noon with the boys' game to follow.
