Mark your calendars! The Guthrie Junior High and High School Theatre Arts classes will be performing their fall productions. The junior high show is "Silent Sky" by Laura Gunderson is based on a true story of the women who worked at the Harvard Observatory Lab in the 1900s. The high school show is the comedy "Tuna Christmas" that pokes fun at small town living in Texas. There will be an Art Walk set up in the hallways of the school displaying art created by GCSD students. If any students would like to submit their work, see Mr. Ballard or Mrs. Richardson. Between the shows, a cake auction will be held to raise funds for the theatre department. Don't miss it!
