Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Cups Spelt Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
4 T. Olive Oil
3/4 - 1 Cup Water

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients, add 3/4 cup water and oil. Stir until it forms a ball and add water until desired consistency. Knead. Roll this out and put on a pizza pan. Bake at 375F for about 10-15 minutes. Top with pizza fixings and bake. 

Note: This recipe can be tried with sorghum flour for a crispier crust.

The easiest pizza dough recipe. Mix this whole wheat dough in the food processor. No rising time required. Thank you, amazing post!
