Apple Dijon Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lb grass-fed beef
2.1 oz shredded apple
2 oz minced red onion
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 egg

Instructions:

Place all ingredients (except the egg) in a mixing bowl and mix well. Use your hand to form three evenly sized burger patties. Grill patties on medium heat (350-400F) for approximately 5-6 minutes per side or until done to your liking. Once you place the patties on the grill, fry the egg in bacon fat on the stove and set aside. Plate the burgers how you see fit. Add lettuce or grilled onions and top with the fried egg.
